Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) is a mechanical method that uses controlled subatmospheric pressure to stimulate and accelerate the healing of a wound. The VENTURI system is a clinically proven option for the treatment of a range of wounds including decubitus ulcers, dehisced surgical wounds, diabetic and neuropathic ulcers, venous leg ulcers, fistulas, accidental wounds, preoperative and postoperative flaps and grafts. The VENTURI system reduces the time and ultimately the cost of hospitalization for trauma patients.
